‘Aziz Bayg's daughters' power of attorney and guardianship to Ja‘far Khan
The daughter of the late ‘Aziz Bayg gives power of attorney to pay all of ‘Aziz Bayg's definite debts and resolve other debts through settlements to her uncle, Ja‘far Khan. Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Haji Muhammad Karim Tabbakh-i Dast-furush [the street-vendor cook] from Shiraz (son of the late Haji Muhammad Sadiq from Shiraz), who is the guardian of the underage son of the late Mashhadi Ghulam Husayn and Hajiyah Bibi (daughter of the late Karbalayi Muhammad) to last for one year from the time of this contract in order to get the child's paternal inheritance, which has been kept by Shaykh ‘Abd al-Majid Maktab-dar.
